All the Company's 75,000,000 shares are listed and traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since June 17, 1994. Effective from November 13, 1995 the number of shares has become 150,000,000 shares after the Company changed the nominal value of each share from Rp.1,000 to Rp.500 (stock split). On February 2, 1998 the Indonesia Stock Exchange has approved the listing of 300,000,000 shares as a result of the limited Public Offering I. The number of listed shares has therefore become 450,000,000. Effective from September 14, 2006 the number of shares has become 4,500,000,000 shares after the Company changed the nominal value of each share from Rp.500 to Rp.50 (stock split).
